4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary frameworks, including the Visibility System, Answer Dominance structures, and Conversion Filtering methodologies, remain the exclusive intellectual property of BOD. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to utilize these systems as part of their contracted service but may not reproduce the underlying system logic for third-party use.

5. Data Handling for AI & Search
As part of the Phase 4 AI Citation Layer strategy, BOD optimizes public-facing content to be accurately referenced by AI systems. By using our services, clients acknowledge that content created for the “Answer Engine” is intended for indexing by search engines and AI platforms to establish authority and citations.

6. Limitation of Liability
BOD provides the “Table Stakes” foundation required for indexability, including SSL, Schema, and Sitemap configurations. While we build systems to “Own the Answer,” BOD is not liable for autonomous fluctuations in third-party platform algorithms (Google, LinkedIn, or AI providers) that may affect specific ranking positions or citation frequency.
